Young Thug is finally addressing his thoughts about Gunna following months of rumors about the status of their friendship.

In an eye-popping interview GQ debuted on Friday, April 25, Young Thug was asked about the purpose of his label Young Stoner Life and how he treats his artists including Wunna. The YSL founder signed the DS4EVER rapper to his label in 2016 and collaborated with him numerous times over the years. After mentioning all the songs they've made together and pointing out the success the duo had on the label, the interviewer asked Thugger how his relationship with Gunna is nowadays.

"Everybody wondering that," Thug responded. "I don’t know.

The interview debuted on the same day Young Thug dropped his new single "Money On Money" featuring Future. On the track, the 33-year-old rapper talks about the "friends" who spilled the beans for no reason. Later, he calls his "brother" a "rat" but doesn't mention Gunna by name.

"These f**k n****s tellin' for nothin', and I gotta be the one callin' 'em friend," he raps.

Young Thug doesn't address the questionable lyrics from his new song. However, he does talk about Kendrick Lamar's award-winning diss track for Drake "Not Like Us." During the interview, Thugger was asked about the discourse surrounding Drake and Kendrick Lamar's beef. He acknowledged that K.Dot mentioned several artists from Atlanta, but stopped short of elaborating about his real thoughts about the record in question.

"Yeah, he just spoke on people’s name in Atlanta," he replied. "I don’t know what that was about. I’m a Drake fan."

Young Thug also dived into the plea agreement he made to gain his freedom following the YSL RICO case, shared his thoughts on the Mount Rushmore of Atlanta artists, and more. Watch the entire interview below.
