R. Kelly's Sitdown With Gayle King to Air Friday on CBS

Gayle King's explosive interview with R. Kelly reportedly lasted a whopping 80 minutes, and now viewers can see a whole lot more of their sitdown when CBS airs it as an hourlong primetime special this Friday. The Gayle King Interview With R. Kelly will premiere March 8 at 8 p.m. ET. In a statement, the network promises "never-before-seen parts of King’s 80-minute sitdown with Kelly," as well as interviews with two women Kelly has been living with, Azriel Clary and Joycelyn Savage, whose parents say they've been brainwashed by the R&B star.

R. Kelly was arrested on Wednesday after missing a deadline to pay more than $160,000 in owed child support to his ex wife. According to TMZ, Kelly was escorted out of a Chicago courtroom in handcuffs and taken to Cook County jail after failing to pay a minimum of $161,633 to Drea Kelly by 10 a.m. CT on March 6. He allegedly owes Drea nearly $200,000 in total, and will need to cough up the full amount of child support in order to be released. Kelly was previously arrested last month in Chicago on 10 counts of aggravated criminal sexual abuse.
