State Board Recommends Cosby Be Labeled Violent Sexual Predator

Bill Cosby

Bill Cosby

The Sexual Offenders Assessment Board in the state of Pennsylvania has recommended that Bill Cosby be labeled a sexually violent predator, according to the AP. The move comes after the 81-year-old comedian was convicted in April of aggravated indecent assault for drugging and violating former Temple University employee Andrea Constand at his Philadelphia-area home in 2004. Following the board's recommendation, the district attorney's office that prosecuted Cosby has asked a judge to schedule a hearing on whether to accept the recommendation. Meanwhile, Cosby's attorney says, "We will see them in court." Cosby's sentencing is scheduled to begin on September 24. I wonder how Bill will act in court.
